Prehnite is considered the stone for dreaming and remembering and for alleviating nightmares. It is a wonderful stone, which brings calm and balance to the Heart Chakra (green) and therefore is a perfect stone for meditation. The more white the stone is, the more it works on the higher Chakra. It is stone that is also used to enhance our Aura, by creating a strong field of energy around us. It multiplies and increases energy and strengthens our protective fields. Due to its mineral make up, Prehnite is a wonderful stone for divination.
